What experience do you have?

We have over 20 years of real-world computer, PC and network experience with both home and business systems. Unlike many of our competitors who have only paper-based qualifications and minimal real-world experience.

What computers do you support?

We support all computers and networks, including: Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP Home, Windows XP Professional, Windows 2000, Windows ME, Windows 98, Windows 95 and Linux.

If the job only takes 30 minutes, will I have to pay for the whole hour?

Yes, but we can give your computer, PC or network a quick health check or other minor activity for the rest of the hour.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently only accept payment by cash or cheque. A full receipt will be given.

Are you VAT registered?

Currently we are not VAT registered.

How much will it cost me?

We don’t charge a call-out fee, and we charge by the hour. Please contact us to find out our current competitive rates.
